The installation CUTS BONUSTRACK deals with the process of detachment. 191 cut fingers symbolise
the daily attempt to detach oneself from memories and traumatic experiences, up to the final CUT. Severe losses cause psychological and physical pain, and it is necessary to overcome the pain through conscious repetition.
The installation also shows what to do when you lose a finger in order to save it. But what to do in
this endless chaos of cut fingers that all want to be saved... accept... "ATTENTION!!!! IS MORE IMPORTANT TO SAVE THE PERSON!" ...in the end, it's just a finger we seem to have thought we had lost, a memory,
a painful loss that is long in the past. It is not your now, it is not your future, it is not your life.
